PU-底漆

特 性:

PU-680#是二液型聚胺酯硬化底漆，干燥速度快，流平性，填充性，砂磨性好，特别设计适用于上涂抛光用PU面漆。

1.属性：二液型PU底漆（主剂：PU-680#，硬化剂：B-645#）

2.外观：半透明状

3.固成份：61±1%wt.

4.黏度：95±3 KU/25℃

5.混合比：2：1（主剂：硬化剂）

6.可使用时间（25℃）：约8小时

7.干燥时间（25℃）指触：18±1分   指压：50±2分   可砂磨时间：120分

8.闪火点：25~30℃

应用方法:

1.PU-680#  PU底漆使用前先搅拌均分，按混合比（2：1）添加硬化剂，利用PU香蕉水稀释至喷涂黏度

2.PU-680#底漆必须干燥后先经砂光再喷涂面漆，确保层间密着

3.喷涂黏度：15～18秒（岩田#2杯）

4.重涂时间：60～120分

PU Base boat

Characteristics:

PU-680# is 2 component polyurethane base boat characterized by fast drying properties, excellent filling ability. It is designed for use as a sanding sealer for PU finish paint where rubbing is required to reach high quality appearance combined with durability.

Application:

1.PU-680# base boat must be thoroughly stirred before mixing with PU hardener in the ratio of 2 parts PU-680# and 1 part of hardener B-645#.use PU thinner, until reached it’s spraying viscosity.

2.PU-680# must be completely dry and sanded before over coated with the finish paint. Lack of sanding between coats will result in inter coat adhesion failures.

3.Spraying viscosity recommended:15～18sec.(Zahn#2 cup)
